The newly developed dryers allow cereal and pulse seeds to be dried economically and thus stored without losses.

We can also offer auxiliary equipment - pre-cleaning, material handling and post-cleaning units - for the design of the drying plant. The design of the crop drying equipment allows operation independent of the mains energy network. The gimbal-driven models have their own generator to provide the electrical power needed for operation. Where connection to the mains is available, we recommend the electrically powered version.
The crop dryers are made from high quality materials, using state-of-the-art technology and continuous improvement, so their quality and workmanship is outstanding. In addition, important aspects such as maximum operator safety and modest labour requirements are naturally met. The thick film drying principle results in a specific heat energy consumption of 3.8 MJ/kg water. The crop drying equipment is made entirely of high quality material, pressed plate and barrier sections. Thanks to their robust construction, they have a long service life and are resistant to various stresses.
➤ The newly developed ECOLOGIC type mobile crop dryers work on the principle that cold air, sucked in by a fan, is directed to a heat exchanger where it is heated and then passed through the crop to be dried by means of various diffusers.
➤ The double outer wall of the heat exchanger ensures that it is properly insulated, so that there is little heat loss to the environment. The quality of the inox steel used inside the combustion chamber is in perfect compliance with the CEE directives and standards, and reflects the heat delivered by the burner head.
The drying cycle is fully automatic.
The design of the equipment ensures that the process, from the introduction of the crop into the drying chamber to its removal after re-cooling, is carried out and controlled by a single operator.
