Bridge scales with steel structure, available with ramp (+26 cm).

The load-bearing structure of the M-type bridge scale consists of 4 interconnected main girders made of hot-rolled IPE 500 steel and the bridge elements that are mounted on top of and connect them. The IPE 500 main beams, which run lengthwise along both sides of the scale, provide a safe guiding system and protect the vehicle from accidental slipping. This construction does not require the installation of a guardrail for protection.

The bridge elements mounted between the main beams are made of I 160 section beams, 20 mm thick rough plate end plates, 8 mm thick steel plate walking surface with lenticular pattern, with appropriate reinforcing ribs at the bottom. The bridge structure thus formed is supported by 6 weigh cells.

The gravity is transmitted to the 8 load cells by self-adjusting clamps in such a way that they can move in all directions. The movement of the truck scales is limited by flexible longitudinal and lateral buffers, and their return to the initial position is ensured by the self-resetting design of the weigh cells. The buffers, mounted on the bridge structure, provide a flexible impact between the weighbridge and the edge protection iron of the driveway or manhole, thus avoiding the harmful effects of pure metallic impact.

The cables of the weighing cells are connected in a junction box on the weighbridge, from where the signals are transmitted via a weighing cable to the weighing instrument, which gives a digital indication of the weight of the vehicle on the bridge. The weighing instrument has an RS-232 computer output and an Ethernet port, so that the weighing ticket can be printed via the Road Bridge Weighbridge Register software on a PC and printer provided by the Customer.

There are no removable mounting holes on the bridge deck, as the weigh cells are side-mounted. The truck scale movement is limited by flexible length and side stops, and reset to the initial position is ensured by the self-locking design of the weigh cells. The buffers, mounted on the bridge structure, provide a flexible impact between the weighbridge and the edge protection iron of the driveway, thus avoiding the harmful effects of pure metallic impact.
