Description
We supply a new plastic 1000 litre IBC tank with ADR test and the necessary road transport stickers (labels), a vehicle registration certificate and a document with the measures to be taken, which allows you to transport quantities of less than 1000 litres without an ADR vehicle (even with a simple pick-up, e.g. Toyota Hilux, Mitsubishi L200, Mazda BT50, etc.) and the driver does not need an ADR test.

The tank can be transported on the road for 5 years, but needs to be re-licensed for 2.5 years. This is not very expensive, and can be done in several county capitals, as well as at our premises in Mezőtúr, it is a simple procedure!

ADR containers guarantee perfect safety for the transport of dangerous goods by rail, road and water. All ADR tanks we sell are UN31HAI/Y/D/BAM approved. These approvals are valid for the transport of dangerous goods in accordance with GGVS/ADR A.6, GGVE/RID A. IV and GGSee/IMDG Code 26.1/5. Large packaging combinations (ADR container) made of HDPE plastic - approved - may be used in accordance with the design and equipment of Chapter 5 of the Regulations and for chemicals below the following numbers, as long as the container material and fittings are not attacked by various chemicals more than the standard liquids used for the test: water, nitric acid 55%, wetting agent solutions 5% (instead of acetic acid), N-butyl acetate and hydrocarbon mixture (equivalent to White-spirit). Based on the compatibility test, the liquids carried in the ADR container shall have a density not exceeding 1,9 kg/dm³ and a vapour pressure not exceeding -110 kPa at -50 °C. When filling, transporting or storing the following liquids, the temperature:
- if p < 1,2 kg/dm³, up to 50 °C
- if p > 1,2 kg/dm³, then a maximum of 40 °C.

METAL TAP FOR THE TANK
The IBC tank with metal tap is a proprietary development of Derby-Túr. For the last 5 years we have mainly sold them instead of the plastic taps that are common on the market, as metal taps are more durable, safer and less prone to leaking. If you are looking to replace an existing tank and have previously used an IBC tank with a plastic tap, you may want to consider an optional connection kit.
