Thanks to its short span lengths, it is extremely robust and can cope with any harsh environment.
The ANS-M type bridge scale is a measuring instrument with longitudinal and intermediate supports and extremely accurate and reliable load cells.
The weight force is transmitted to the 8 load cells by self-adjusting clamps, allowing them to move in all directions. The movement of the truck scales is limited by flexible longitudinal and lateral stops, and the self-resetting design of the load cells ensures that they can be returned to their initial position. The buffers, mounted on the bridge structure, provide a flexible impact between the weighbridge and the edge protection iron of the driveway or manhole, thus avoiding the harmful effects of pure metallic impact.

The bridge scale is designed to be extremely robust and durable, as the formwork is made of UNP300 beams.
It is a steel structure with a clean metallic surface, treated with a resin-based paint, with two rows of reinforcement, which serves as a formwork for concreting.
Thanks to the reinforced concrete structure, it has a homogeneous load-bearing capacity, making it particularly practical for places where transverse driving through the scale may occur. The weight is transmitted to the 8 load cells by self-adjusting clamps so that they can move in all directions.

The load-bearing structure of the M-type bridge scale consists of 4 interconnected main girders made of hot-rolled IPE 500 steel and the bridge elements that are mounted on top of and connect them. The IPE 500 main beams, which run lengthwise along both sides of the scale, provide a safe guiding system and protect the vehicle from accidental slipping.
This construction does not require the installation of a guardrail for protection.
The bridge elements mounted between the main beams are made of I 160 section beams, 20 mm thick rough plate end plates, 8 mm thick steel plate walking surface with lenticular pattern, with appropriate reinforcing ribs at the bottom.
The bridge structure thus formed is supported by 6 load cells.
