Description
Automatic line for the production of briquettes and pellets from biomass. The press makes it possible to produce briquettes and pellets from agricultural raw materials (for example, straw, hay, alfalfa, maize and biomass). The briquetting machine produces briquettes with a diameter of 60 mm/70 mm and pellets with a diameter of 16 mm/22 mm. The moisture content of the raw material is 8/12%. The capacity of the production line is 350-500 kg/h. Includes:
1. Vector BT60 mechanical briquette press, 18.5 kW motor, 5.5 kW screw feeder.
2. electric control panel.
3. Briquetting track.
4. Screw conveyor for raw materials 1.5 kW.
5. 2 m³ dry biomass silo with 3 kW loader.
6. cyclone, pneumatic piping.
7. 30 kW mill.
8. Tomahawk 505M shredder, 30 kW motor, 1200 kg/h capacity (automatic feeding of straw to the shredder).
9. Electric control panel for the mill.
10. feeding table for raw materials.
