Description
For sale new Feed Granulator KL-120 - without motor and 3 stickers, with invoice, warranty and free delivery. Suitable motor: 3 kW / 1500 RPP / 230 V / 80 kg/h.

The KL-120 feed pelletizer (without motor) is a household machine designed to process cereal feed (wheat, maize, barley, rye, oilseeds, hay, vegetable waste, etc.) into small pellets of approx. 1-2 cm length. The resulting pellets are suitable for feeding rabbits, birds, sheep, cattle, pigs or fish.

This product is made of high quality hard iron, which ensures a long product life. The pellet should be installed on a flat, stable and level surface, in an open or well ventilated area, dry and protected from weather conditions (e.g. storm, rain, etc.).

This product is supplied with the following parts: dosing funnel, granulating mechanism, wheels (4 pcs), granulator chassis, motor clutch guard, pressure roller, sticker, reducer body and granulate emptying trough. The KL-120 feed granulator has a working capacity of 80 kg/h. It is an essential tool for households or livestock farmers, as it greatly facilitates their work. To start up, the granulator needs a motor with a power of 3 kW / 1500 RPP, 230 V, and the power is transmitted through the reducer.

This machine is supplied with 3 matrices: a 2.5 mm, a 4 mm and a 6 mm hole matrix. The 2.5 mm hole matrix is used for feeding 0-4 week old chickens, suckling piglets, etc., the 4 mm hole matrix is used for feeding poultry or rabbits, while the 6 mm hole matrix is used for feeding adult animals.

For efficient and loss-free operation, it is recommended to grind and homogenise the cereals beforehand according to the desired recipe (see instructions for use). The moisture content of the raw material used should be up to 15% and its purity should be carefully checked.
