HMT-K90 containerised diesel well features:

1/1. ABOVE-GROUND OIL TANK-LYING VERSION

- Horizontal oil tank, with saddle support, the saddle base points are fixed to the damage space to prevent displacement, fully coated with primer, top coat and oil-resistant varnish - green RAL 6011 -, 3 mm wall thickness, with the following parameters:
- Dome cover with flange Ø 420 mm, accessories:
- Copper filling connector, UNI 3" inlet with quick coupling;
- Overfill prevention valve, shuts off the filling possibility after the tank has been filled with a quantity of gas oil corresponding to the filling volume of the tank, so that the pump on the truck cannot deliver more gas oil to the tank. 90%;
- 6/4'' copper vent with flame arrester at the end;
- Mechanical level indicator.
- Lifting lug for lifting the empty tank.
- AISI steel earthing connector.
- 1" suction hose, PT with 1" ball valve, P.T.F.E. (polytetrafluoroethylene), Teflon seal. VRL 10 stainless steel check valve calibrated at 0,25 bar. Galvanized suction pipe for connection to the measuring unit, 25 x 37 -10 bar, equipped with pressure connection.
- 1" drain connection with dust protection.
- Supplied with socket for installation in pump cabinet or dispenser.
- Tank dimensions 1900 x 3390 mm.

1/2. SURPLUS SIZE OF MEDENCE CONTAINING 100% of the tank

- Rectangular, metal salvage basin.
- Made of carbon steel.
- Able to hold 100% of the tank capacity.
- Thickness 3 mm, with top reinforcement.
- Grounding connectors design, reinforced base.
- Suitable for one fully filled tank, with bottom drainage with sluice hole.
- Protective roof for installation, provided with support for installation.
- Fully coated with primer, top coat and oil resistant varnish - green RAL 6011.
- Dimensions of the damage pool 2250 x 4000 x 1000 mm.

1/3. DIESEL FUEL CONTAINER

- Completely enclosed with lifting slots for lifting cranes in the corners, secured to prevent displacement.
- Front double door with watertight ventilation openings, with lockable/lockable pin.
- Open tank bottom with cross bracket and fittings to support the DTO damage container.
- Walls made of trapezoidal steel plates 15/10, fully enclosed.
- The roof is fully enclosed for absolute protection.
- Trap door placed on the top of the container (for tanks with a volume of 9000 litres and above), close to the dome lid of the tank, made of steel plate, with safety chain, with lockable handle, size 80x80 cm.
- The whole structure is coated with a final protective varnish - Blue RAL 5012.
- Electrical wiring and earthing - the container is equipped with fittings that ensure complete earthing of the container and internal elements.
- Dimensions and complete weight of the equipment: 2430 x 4500 x 2590 mm.
