Description
PLC controlled press for sale in good condition. The machine is ready to work immediately! It is possible to connect additional machines, such as a fibre dispenser, to automate the production. Pressing force of the machine is infinitely adjustable, roughly between 5-15 tons. The exact type of the pump on board is PVS-1B-16N3-U-12 Nachi. It operates on 400 volts, with a power input of roughly 4 kW. Made in Japan in 2005!

The dimensions of the table are 650 mm x 750 mm. The distance between the bear and the table is 550 mm at the upper end position and 250 mm at the lower end position, so the stroke length is 300 mm. The frame itself is very solid and strong! The bear is guided on 4 guide posts, plus two depth limiters. It weighs roughly 2 tons.

The machine comes with a lifting base, which we have removed for easier transport, a table lifter and some workpiece chutes.
