Product description:
The material to be pressed is fed into the machine through the hopper and pressed into pellets by increasing the pressure and temperature. The quality of the pellets is strongly influenced by the material fed in. Materials such as sawdust and wood chips with a moisture content of up to 15% are used. Description:
The MDK has a large mixing hopper for all pelletizable materials, e.g. wood chips with pressing aids, feed mixes and many more. The volume flow of the switchable feed auger is adjustable. The MDK is equipped with a high performance water pump, which can be installed to automatically add 0-5 litres of water per hour to the mixing tank. Once the finished mixture is produced in the PP pellet mill, the pellets are automatically fed into the MDK's drum, where the pellets are separated from the dust and slightly cooled. A commercially available suction unit can be connected to the MDK to reduce the dust.
