For sale new Feed Granulator KL-260 15 kW / 1500 RPP / 380 V with motor, invoice, warranty and free delivery.

The KL-260 feed pelletizer is a household machine designed for processing cereal feed (wheat, maize, barley, rye, oilseeds, hay, vegetable waste, etc.) into small pellets of approx. 1-2 cm in length. The resulting pellets are suitable for feeding rabbits, birds, sheep, cattle, pigs or fish.

This product is made of high quality hard iron, which ensures a long product life.

The pellets should be installed on a flat, stable and level surface, in an open or well ventilated area, dry and protected from weather conditions (e.g. storm, rain, etc.). The package contains all the components necessary for the operation of the product, but these are not assembled. They require assembly before use!

This product is supplied with the following parts: dosing funnel, granulating mechanism, wheels (4 pcs), granulator chassis, motor, motor clutch guard, pressure roller, sticker, reducer body and granulate emptying trough.

The KL-260 feed granulator has a working capacity of 500 kg/h. It is an essential tool for households or livestock farmers, as it makes their work much easier. This machine is equipped with a 15 kW / 1500 RPP motor and 380 V voltage, with power transmission through the reducer.

This machine is supplied with a 6 mm hole matrix (used for feeding adult animals).

For efficient and loss-free operation, it is recommended to grind and homogenize the cereals beforehand according to the desired recipe (see instructions for use). The moisture content of the raw material used should be up to 15% and its purity should be carefully checked.
