ABOVE GROUND, HORIZONTAL, SINGLE-WALLED, STEEL FUEL TANK/CONTAINER WITH DAMAGE PROTECTION, 9500 LITRE CAPACITY

This fuel tank is a mobile fuel storage tank for internal use. The tank is cylindrical, horizontal axis, single-walled; made of S235JR type welded carbon steel and pressure tested for tightness. The tank is mounted on a support to prevent it from tipping over.

The fuel tank consists of the following parts:
(a) A horizontal cylindrical metal tank with a capacity of between 1 300 and 9 500 litres, with a diving hole and a cover fitted with the following connections: an overfill prevention device set at a maximum of 95 % of the tank capacity, a breather valve and a level gauge.
(b) A relief basin to contain any leakage from the tank; its volume may vary according to the user's requirements but shall not be less than 50 % of the volume of the tank.
