Description
Under the umbrella term "technological scales", we find equipment that can be integrated into existing systems or even stand alone as industrial un. They can be used to integrate into existing systems or to perform measurement tasks required in industrial "technological" processes.
These devices are designed to take into account the machinery upstream and downstream, thus forming a complete working system with the addition of accurate measurement.
The most common applications are in agricultural and industrial production plants (seed, feed, mills, sugar factories, etc.).

**Flow scales**

Suitable for batch weighing and summing of well-flowing, granular products and crops.
Equipped with gravity or forced feed (auger, belt).

The equipment is a digital weighing instrument with pneumatic moving elements, suitable for weighing the flow of equal mass quantities of different bulk materials, products and products.
The scales are equipped with a gravity feeder, a pulley feeder or a belt feeder, depending on the product to be fed, and are suitable for net weighing.
Depending on the capacity requirement, they are equipped with a suitably sized dosing unit and weighing hopper with capacities from 1 to 2 t/h up to 500 t/h.
The scale is suitable for continuous weighing or for weighing to a preset limit (e.g. 15 000 kg).
The equipment is custom-built, designed to fit into the process.

**Wire scales**

Belt weighers can be installed in trough belt conveyors of different widths, horizontal or with a low angle of inclination. The equipment is intended for weighing the mass of bulk homogeneous materials in transit.

The weighing mechanism with the weighing cell can be built into the conveyor frame under the weighing rollers for long conveyor belts. For short conveyor belts (5 m or shorter), it may also be advisable to install the weighing mechanism under the belt frame. The speed of the conveyor belt, the speed of the belt, can be measured by means of a speed indicator integrated in the conveyor belt.
A measuring instrument for displaying and processing the measurement result can be installed next to the weighing machine or in an office. The measuring instrument is responsible for the communication with external peripherals (e.g. computer). The weighing instrument performs the weighing based on the belt speed and the unit load, displays the capacity (e.g. 20 t/h) and the quantity transported (e.g. 25,600 kg).

Based on the weighing task, a distinction is made between summing and feeding scales:

**Summator belt scale**
The belt weigher performs the mass summation of the quantity of product transferred on the conveyor belt.
Hardware configuration: MPAI-SM weighing instrument + speed transmitter + optional output module for dosing limit outputs.

- Calculates and displays the unit load
- Total quantity of material transferred

Four operator selectable and erasable summators are available for summing different types of material.

**Adding belt weigher**
The belt weigher can be used to deliver the product at a preset rate (e.g. 20 t/h). The weigher (e.g. via a frequency converter) varies, controls the power of the belt feeder (e.g. vibrator) or changes the belt speed in order to operate the conveyor belt at the desired capacity.
Hardware configuration: MPAI head + DIO-0420 module + speed transmitter.

- Measures and displays the instantaneous load
- Measures and displays the tape speed
- Calculates and displays the unit load
- Total quantity of material transferred
- Controls the belt speed via an analogue output (0-20 mA or 4-20 mA or 0-10 V)
- The operator can manually adjust the belt speed, or
- To maintain a preset delivery rate or unit load, the instrument controls the belt speed depending on the belt load.

The equipment is custom-built to take into account any specific user requirements, dimensions, etc.

The scales can be certified at the installation site according to EU regulations.

**Balance scales**

Electronic tank scales are suitable for weighing a wide variety of materials. We install weighing cells to support existing tanks or tanks manufactured by our company, which carry out the measurement.

The containment structure also includes a mooring or anti-tipping device. In lucky cases, 3 measuring cells are installed, but of course the number of cells is determined by the number of supports and legs.

The tank scales are connected to the installation of the measuring cell. The measuring instrument can be upgraded to a version suitable for the control of total measurements, continuous monitoring and management of the technology, in addition to the simple gross and net measurement. The tank scales can also be used for receiving and weighing crops, e.g. grapes for weighing, which can also be used for the purpose of authentic goods acceptance.

The tank scale can also be used to weigh out a pre-set weight of produce from a weighbridge at the factory site onto a vehicle, so that the load no longer needs to be corrected at the exact check weighing (port).

The tank weighing system can be installed under containers, e.g. for shavings, from which a predetermined weight of material is to be weighed out for the technology.

The weighing task and the tanks are always made on the basis of individual designs, according to the Customer's request, so the technical data and parameters may vary.
