Description
Our metal water tanks are designed to store large quantities of water, with capacities ranging from 5 m³ to 3143 m³.

They can be delivered palletised and are easy to install, as each tank comes with an installation manual containing detailed explanations and illustrations.

Our tanks are a unique combination of quality, durability and mechanical resistance.

Key features:
- comply with the S550GD + Z600-MAE quality standard
- resistance efficiency S550, i.e. min. 550 MPa
- both sides of the plates are protected by 600 g/m² galvanized

The bolts, special nuts and washers used for assembly are of high quality, with a zinc coating of 12 to 18 microns, applied in several layers, with a resistance of 200 to 400 hours in the salt spray test, compared to only 20 to 40 hours for standard zinc. The threadless part of the bolts provides high friction resistance and the adaptation of these fasteners to different hole sizes improves and increases the resistance of the steel plates.

The inside and the bottom of the tank are protected by a three-layer DelafleX material, the structure of which provides much higher mechanical resistance than any other material. DelafleX is resistant to UV radiation and many chemicals.

- DelafleX lining (thickness 0,6 mm)
- galvanized steel, corrugated sheets

- fleece (polar) textile protective material (300 g/m²) for the bottom and inner walls of the tank and the fixing straps
- anti-algae cover with strap fastening
- drain plug (2") at the bottom of the tank.
