Very short growing season, the first spring triticale of Hungarian breeding. It is a spring variety and can be sown in autumn or even in winter in case of mild weather. Its grain is valuable as fodder, but its vigorous vegetative growth can also make it an important fibre and green fodder component. It has a high essential amino acid content and can be mixed with wheat flour in the right proportions to produce a valuable bakery and confectionery product with high fibre and protein content.
