Description
Hand-picked and shaken on a tarpaulin, cleaned (cleaned of hair and damaged areas), free of impurities, healthy, ripe (above 16 brix), edible quality quince (mixed berecki, konstantinápolyi, leskováci, vranja), grown by the farmer, angersi), carefully prepared CEFRE with yeast (40 g (uvaferm 228)/100 l) and pectin (3 ml (everzym liquid)/100 l) at a price of 300,- Ft/liter, and the same (60% quince - 40% apple (golden and idared)) at a price of 250,- Ft/liter, in small and large quantities, while stocks last!
For purchases over 1.000 litres, the price is subject to minimum bargaining!
The apple version is ready for cooking, the 100% quince version will be available in mid-December at the earliest, depending on storage temperature! The mash can be delivered to your home in the direct vicinity of Miskolc, depending on the agreement, I can help you with pumping and loading! After delivery it can be stored at a temperature of at least 10-15 (at best 20) Celsius!
If necessary, you can even buy a 220 litre capacity, thick-walled industrial plastic barrel for 7.500,- Ft/barrel, so the loading takes only 2-3 minutes per barrel!
