Description
A matured mash made from Pölöskei Muscat grapes grown in the Mátra Wine Region, Gyöngyösön.
Made from own-grown grapes, barrel-fermented. 2 g of Everzym GPC pectin decomposer is added per 100 kg. No added sugar. Stored at constant temperature. Mash treatment is traditional, with once daily stirring. The expected lees yield is approximately 3 weeks from the date of barreling.
