Description
On stock for sale Symbivit, a mycorrhizal fungus that provides a lifelong relationship between plants.
- 100% origin
- Faster fruiting
- Greater lifetime performance
- Better resistance
- Better water and nutrient supply
The natural mycorrhizal fungi form a symbiosis to ensure and stimulate the initial development of the plant. Stimulates host plant growth by enhancing soil uptake of phosphorus, copper, zinc and nitrogen, and increases the plant's tolerance to salt, drought and heavy metals.
It also provides a continuous supply of water to the host plant from deep regions of the soil through its hyphal network.
In symbiosis with the mycorrhizae, the plant is better protected against stress effects and suffers less from frost, drought and disease. All this has a significant yield-enhancing effect.
A plant in symbiosis with a mycorrhizal plant grows more quickly and more securely. The vineyard and orchard will come into production 1 to 2 years earlier. Higher yields ensure higher income.
Symbivit® contains mycorrhizal fungi of natural origin, which increase the surface area of the root for water and nutrient uptake through a network of hyphae.
Uses:
For soil treatment of vegetables (excluding brassica) and lawns at 150 g/m², broadcast on the soil and worked into the rooting depth before planting. For vine and fruit crops, 30-60 g/plant, distributed between trees/seedlings in 2-6 holes, depending on the spacing of the plants, by soil drilling to the depth of the root zone.
Benefits of Symbivit®:
- Can provide up to 100% yield
- It is a chemical-free solution.
- Contains a water-binding gel
- One-time cost for the life of the plantation
- Effective for up to 50 years
- Improves stress tolerance (drought)
- Plantation will be productive sooner
- Provides continuous nutrient uptake
- Improves crop safety and quality
- Stabilises yields at a higher level
Mycorrhizal fungi have a beneficial effect on host plant growth, mainly by enhancing soil uptake of phosphorus, copper, zinc and nitrogen, and by increasing the plant's salt, drought and metal tolerance. They also play a role in the control of plant diseases and pathogens (Phytium, Phytophtora, Fusarium spp.).
During the symbiotic process, the plant provides the fungus with photosynthesised sugars and other organic matter. In return, the huge surface area of the mycelium increases the water and mineral uptake capacity of the plant's roots. Mycorrhizal plants are also more resistant to diseases, such as those caused by soil-dwelling microbes, and better able to withstand drought because of the greater water absorption capacity of the fungal filaments.
