"I sowed the variety AJOWAN in 2023 and 2024. I harvested them with an average of 11 and 8.2 tons, respectively, with medium technology. It is always characterised by good drainage and an early, fast start. It also responds well to late cold. It's a flexible variety; if the environment is good, it will produce more tubes, which it can grow. For this reason, I dare to sow a lower number of plants."
