Description
We heartily recommend our GK Arena variety to all farmers looking for early barley in extensive conditions with extreme drought tolerance. Our variety really shows its main strengths in low input conditions in drought-prone lowland areas. It shows good resistance to the main foliar diseases. Its fertility (weight per thousand grains, weight per hectolitre) is excellent. Our tests have shown that it is also suitable for use as an autumn malting barley with above average malting quality.
