Features:
A very showy deciduous shrub. It grows to about 2 metres. The white and pink flowers, which open from May on thorny shoots and resemble roses, and the red fruits make it a very aesthetic plant. The leaves are dark green with a wrinkled surface. It can be planted in bright or hot sunny places. Not very sensitive to soil type.
It is a vigorous grower, excellent as a ground cover, as a specimen or as a hedge.
