Description
A family-run farm in South Somogy is looking for a livestock farm manager who is able and willing to work independently.

Main tasks and expectations:
- Comprehensive knowledge of certain work processes related to cattle breeding, professional implementation and enforcement with co-workers to ensure continuous and balanced production.
- Ensure compliance with and documentation of certain subsidy requirements related to livestock production and management of related IT systems (ENAR, EGN, etc.).
- Liaising with authorities, suppliers, traders.
- Providing regular information to management.

Expectations of the post:
- Professional commitment, responsibility, autonomy and flexibility.
- Ambitious and agile personality.
- Comprehensive knowledge of cattle husbandry, feed, animal health and husbandry requirements.
- Relevant experience in cattle breeding.
- Category B driving licence.

An advantage (where applicable):
- Tertiary level qualification in animal husbandry (animal husbandry engineer).
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar position and at least 1 year in a managerial position.
