Description
The purpose of the job:
To manage, control and document work processes related to the continuous operation of the Lajoskomár pig farm.

Your tasks will include:
- Directly direct and coordinate the activities of physical workers at the plant, define tasks and monitor their completion;
- Coordinating and directing the work of the site, supervising and directing the work of the personnel in the site, ensuring the efficient operation of the site, ensuring the optimal use of machinery and equipment;

- Organising and carrying out cleaning and disinfection work;
- Participating in the preparation of work schedules, keeping up-to-date working documentation;
- Carrying out administrative tasks, managing the site management system;
- Calculation of feed orders.

- You have at least a secondary vocational qualification;
- You must be able to work independently, accurately and reliably;
- You have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office;
- Have a category B driving licence (or live locally);
- You have a team player's approach;
- You have a confident, assertive manner;
- Leadership skills.

An advantage:
- Knowledge of the ENAR system;
- Basic knowledge of English;
- Knowledge of ENAR, including a basic knowledge of ENAR;
- Experience in pig farming.
