Description
Are you demanding, detail-oriented and keen to manage a small team?
We are looking for a talented team leader to join our international trade, logistics and agricultural production group at our cattle farm in Bugyi.

What kind of tasks can you expect?

- you will be responsible for the economic and administrative tasks related to the site, you will supervise and coordinate the daily work of the staff
- supervise the keeping, care and feeding of the animals
- keeping the animal housing areas and their surroundings tidy
- housing, caring for, monitoring and checking the health of the animals and taking the necessary measures
- coordinating the movement of animals to and from the holding, checking the performance of contracts
- supervising technical installations
- up-to-date administration and reporting to management

What do we expect from you?

- experience in cattle farming, at least a secondary education and a commitment to animal welfare (agricultural vocational and inseminator qualifications, management experience an advantage)
- you are confident in using office software
- you must be open-minded and practical, with good organisational and problem-solving skills
