We are looking for a sales professional in Komárom-Esztergom and Veszprém counties who is committed to the development of sustainable agriculture and who would like to join an innovative company that is serving the future of agriculture.
Your tasks:
- Selling our company's innovative agricultural products, while supporting customers farming in the above mentioned counties as a consultant, helping them to achieve sustainable soil management.
- Identifying new customers, actively initiating contact with them and building long-term, fruitful partnerships.
- Attending, organising and delivering professional events such as field shows and lectures, where you will represent our company as an expert.
- Gathering and documenting customer experiences with our products to facilitate further improvements.
- Organising trials and practising other tools and activities to support sales.
- Researching markets, obtaining and analysing information, monitoring and reporting on competitors' market activities, in collaboration with Marketing.
Expectations:
- To be part of our team, a degree in agricultural engineering, crop protection or agrochemicals, such as crop science or crop production, is essential.
- It is important for us that you have at least 5-10 years of experience in the marketing of agricultural inputs.
- You must have excellent communication, presentation and problem-solving skills, as well as an innovative, open-minded and resilient personality.
- It is important that you have a good level of computer literacy, particularly in the use of Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Routine use of instant messaging platforms (e.g. Messenger) would also be an advantage.
- You must have a category B driver's license to be able to easily access the work sites.
An advantage:
- A degree in biological soil resource management or nutrient management is highly valued.
- If you have extensive professional contacts in the region.
