Description
We are looking for an extremely reliable, hard-working caretaker and maintenance person for our residential system, who will take on the long-term responsibility of keeping our elite, closed fishing lake environment and our chalets on the shore in a dreamlike condition!
We will initially discuss the work to be done, but in the future we expect you to work completely independently and see what needs to be done!
We are looking for someone with a friendly personality, who has the ability to work independently, is used to physical work and is able to be very nice to both our guests and other colleagues!
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Daily sweeping of the chalets, mopping, rubber sheet pulling, dusting, wet wiping of fridge, microwave.
- Mowing the lawn with a chain mower, hand mower and lawn tractors.
- Keeping the fishing areas and the whole area clean (collecting twigs and leaves, sweeping down stools, wiping thatched roofs).
- Gardening, pruning trees, digging.
- Daily replacement of rubbish bins with quad and trailer, selective sorting of rubbish.
- Daily cleaning of the community building kitchen, toilets and showers.
- Watering, painting, maintenance of working tools (lawn mower, chain saw, hedge trimmer, etc.).
- Participation in the release of our larger fish.
- Occasionally, and in the off-season, performing similar types of tasks for our other company that sells shutters.

It is important to us that our new colleague should not be a daily friend of alcohol under any circumstances, and when they do drink infrequently, they should know the moderation!
We specifically do not allow smoking inside the small lakeside cottage we provide, which we will monitor!
The ideal candidate will be aware that weekends are always busy in the hospitality industry, so we can offer relaxation on weekdays, 1 day per week.
The ideal candidate or couple plans their life here and are not regularly called away for family activities.
In exchange, they can live in peace and quiet in an arboretum-like, beautiful natural setting, in a small house (24 m²) with an American kitchen-living room, bedroom, bathroom, underfloor heating, air conditioning, wifi, Digi TV, fully furnished, equipped with appliances (washing machine, induction hob, TV, kitchenware, bed linen), new construction, human, fair bosses (who, if you work well independently, you rarely see) and nice colleagues.
If a couple applies, the lady will have ample employment opportunities in the area in agriculture and cleaning, but there is also the possibility of occasional work with us from time to time!

"A thousand trades", a can-do attitude, good problem solving skills are an advantage!

No driver's license required, but diligence is!

We provide accommodation on the lakeside for around HUF 130,000 and cover your utility bills (up to a certain limit, to avoid irresponsible waste!).
