Description
Héka Ltd. is a 30 years old arable farming enterprise in Dereckce (Hajdú-Bihar). Besides traditional arable crops we also have a horticulture and organic farming.

We attach great importance to the future of agriculture, where our common goal is to produce healthy food. We also aim to operate our production in a long-term sustainable way, with care for our environment and the smallest possible ecological footprint.

AGRICULTURAL MACHINE OPERATOR

What does the position of agricultural machine operator mean to us?

It's essential for successful crop production, as your work will result in higher yields and more cost-effective production.
You'll operate tractors, combines, sprayers and other equipment. You will be responsible for ensuring that the machines work properly and deliver results.
You will carry out field work from spring to autumn using the power and working machines in the company.
During the off-season, you will help repair and maintain the machines and prepare them for field work.
You will operate machines with satellite navigation systems, which is essential to achieve the efficiency and productivity targets.

What will your job be?

To operate machinery safely and efficiently and ensure that farm work is carried out in a timely and professional manner.
Replacement of fuel and parts, maintenance and repairs.
Carrying out mandatory maintenance and repairs before leaving each day.
During the repair and maintenance time spent on site, with the help of the technical staff, to jointly prepare the machinery for work on site and in the field.
To work with the crop manager in the field in the appropriate settings for the crops.

- All our machines have radios and air conditioning, so that we can work in comfort on hot days
- Our team has access to a well-equipped canteen (fridge, microwave, etc.)
- We have our own dressing room
- On-site parking
- Working clothes and safety shoes
