An agricultural company in Büki is looking for a new colleague for the position of office administrator.
Starting in March.
We are looking for:
- Experience in similar tasks
- Accurate, precise work
- Flexibility
- Ability to work independently
- Good problem solving skills
- Ability to manage tasks responsibly
- Work experience in an agricultural company is an advantage!
- Confident use of MS Office
- Category B driving licence
- Knowledge of invoicing
- Full management of incoming and outgoing orders, delivery notes and invoices
- Contracts, records, other documents and document management
- Liaising with partners by telephone and e-mail
- Preparation of statements and spreadsheets
- Administration related to the running of the business
- Liaising with the accounting office
- Supporting the Managing Director
