Main tasks:
- Professional control of crop production and field work
- Technical supervision of machinery drivers
- Supervising the work of the staff assigned to crop production
- Participation in the development of crop production technologies
- Carrying out sub-tasks in the development of campaign work plans
- Cooperation with partner farm units
Skills and competences required:
- Professional knowledge of crop production, soil conservation, plant protection
- Ability to analyse data and apply precision farming techniques
