What are your challenges?
- Coordinating, supervising and monitoring machine operators working in crop production,
- technical preservation of machinery and monitoring of its continuous maintenance,
- supervising the land used for crop production,
- coordinating field work and harvesting,
- coordinating the work of the units under his direct authority,
- monitoring the performance of contracts concluded,
- assisting in the detailed investigation of damage caused,
- carrying out up-to-date administrative tasks.

What do we expect from you?
- at least a secondary education,
- at least 5 years' professional experience in arable farming and technical skills,
- good communication skills,
- a dynamic and determined approach, and the ability to work independently, accurately and responsibly,
- you are patient, calm and honest in your communication with colleagues,
- you have a stable team under your professional guidance,
- confident in the use of office software.

2347 Bugyi, Ürbői út 39. - nationwide (only accessible by car)
