Farmers, attention!

As a durable and aesthetically pleasing material, we recommend our trapezoidal roof and side wall sheet 35 (PR 35/206) for roof and side cladding and, with the right column spacing, even for fences without longitudinal reinforcement. Ideal as a space delimitation element.

With a rib height of 35 mm, the 35 mm trapezoidal sheet is already statically strong enough. Our trapezoidal sheet can also be made with micro-ribs, which makes it even stronger than trapezoidal sheet without micro-ribs. It is available in natural galvanised steel, galvanised-lacquered steel (i.e. coloured) and aluminium (natural or coloured).

Our 35 gauge trapezoidal sheet is ideal for cladding the roofs of industrial and agricultural buildings, but is also an excellent solution for cladding side walls.

Our steel trapezoidal sheets are made from high quality European Union raw materials, in fact from 0.5 mm thick S250GD Z200MB hot dip galvanised steel sheet. The trapezoidal sheets are available in natural galvanised or in our RAL colour range, as well as in woodgrain versions.

Our galvanised-lacquered (coloured) steel sheets are coated with 25 micron polyester lacquer on the colour side and with 5-7 micron protective lacquer on the reverse side.

On request, we can also produce the trapezoidal plate in aluminium.

Please note that the price of our trapezoidal sheets is always calculated on the basis of the useful overlap width, so you only pay for the installation width, not for the overlapping material. The fact that we calculate the price based on the useful overlap width can save you 5-7%.

Trapezoidal sheeting is manufactured to the length you require based on individual customer requirements. The maximum recommended length is 12 metres. Longer sheets are difficult to transport, easily damaged and difficult to work with.
