KOBZARENKO BNP-3 wagon loader: 25 tons in 5 minutes!

Balanced semi-trailer parallel to the railway track, even in the smallest space. Drive safely - with 2.5 m transport width and road lighting! Load at twice the capacity (250 m³/h)! Emptying one trailer takes 6-7 minutes. The BNP-3 tractor-drawn wagon loader is suitable for transferring various types of grain from a rear tipper body to another transport vehicle (road, rail, water). It is a new design of walking frame, suitable for road transport and for moving during loading. The side plate of the hopper can be hydraulically moved up/down for easy loading. The transport drawbar can be raised to a vertical position during operation by means of a hand winch. The delivery element is hydraulically driven and can be replaced by a 400 mm flexible tube on request. The vehicles can move parallel to the rail track.

BNP-12 KOBZARENKO wagon loader/speed loader

BNP-12 for transporting tractor-crawler wagon loaders without running gear! For proper operation, all versions require a gimbal drive of sufficient power (tractor engine power 100-130 HP, 540 rpm gimbal speed). Technical information: The basic version is equipped with a 7 m long, 2,5 m wide, 12 m³ capacity hopper, hydraulically opening right-hand hopper with side slope, hydraulically driven, 500 mm diameter, 5,5 m delivery height, hydraulically folding and hydraulically locking auger.

OptiRak-150/M Grain picker and loader

The OptiRak-150/M grain picker and loader is the optimum choice for high performance crop loading. The machine can be connected to the tractor with a standard three-point hitch. It is driven by a torque limiting universal joint shaft. With the tractor, the machine can be moved around the site, making it easy and quick to move from one loading position to another. The correct steering position is ensured by an adjustable length steering arm attached to the side of the tractor. 150 t/h loading capacity in wheat. The machine can be operated both with and without a loading tine. The version without hopper is suitable for picking up grain stored on level ground, loading it onto a transport vehicle and transferring it to a ventilated transhipment area.
