Description
For sale in Bács-Kiskun county, on the outskirts of Bócsa, a duck rearing and stuffing farm with associated farm buildings, handed over in 2009. The farm is accessible by asphalt road. The following buildings are included:
- 4 brick-built, air-conditioned rearing barns with automatic feeding and ventilation systems (ISV technology). The building has a floor area of 1000 m², of which one is a rearing barn with two different heating systems. The other three pens are heated by gas with the help of the installed heat blowers.
- The 4 rearing pens are supplied with 3*80 ampere electricity.
- 1 boiler house, which currently heats 1 fostering house, with 1 wood chip boiler. The boiler house and the enclosed fuel store have a combined size of 150 m².
- 2 gas tanks of 5 m³ and piped natural gas have been introduced on the site.
- 4 silo towers of 120 m2.
- 1 masonry air-conditioned stuffing shed, 750 m², equipped with cages for 2880 ducks.
- 2 henhouses with concrete foundations, sandwich panel roof and thick tarpaulin sides. 550 m² and 450 m² with cages for 2180 and 1580 ducks respectively, equipped with water-cooled cooling panels and fans.
- The barns include a total of 8 large mixers, 4 large mixers with batches, 3 self-suction grinders, 4 silo towers of 120 m2 and 2 silo towers of 60 m2.
- The weighing sheds are equipped with 3*60 ampere power supply and 20 kWh solar panels.
