Description
On the Szalóki side of Eger, 5 hectares of private garden for sale. Mostly mature forest with buildings, stables, dug well, springs, small spring fed pond. As it is not subject to the Land Traffic Act, anyone can buy it and it does not need to be advertised for 6 months. The original owner of the land made a plan years ago to bring in electricity. This was not eventually realised, but it is possible. There are also tufa quarries on and adjacent to the site (for rent - for sale). The site is connected to a 7 hectare area of land with a fixed fence, suitable for pasture or even orchards and woodland. Of this 6 hectares are cheaply rented from the municipality. This can be further leased or purchased and extended. The fence is private property. The terrain is hilly and valley-like. Years ago, goats and outdoor pigs were kept on the land. All the water in the area comes into the valley, so a pond could easily be created. There is a small one at present.
