No land protection procedure required! No need for a land protection order. Once this procedure has been carried out, the land may be registered as set-aside land. The inland plough shall be registered as a real cultivated field as long as it is used as a real cultivated field and exceeds one hectare, pursuant to FVM Decree 109/1999 (XII. 29.) on the implementation of Act CXLI of 1997 on the Real Estate Register.
Costs incurred:
Land Registry transfer fee: HUF 6,600.
In addition, during the first instance procedure for the authorisation of land conversion:
a) for 2-5 affected properties: HUF 12,000 per property,

In the case of re-division of plots or re-division of a group of plots, the number of land parcels to be created shall be taken into account. You will also be required to find a land surveyor for the land readjustment. The Land Registry does not keep records of the private land surveyor's costs for the preparation of the works and does not provide land surveying services to the public.
In short:
There are no obstacles to the use of the field 2366 municipality 2366 in Hajdúnánás for other purposes, pursuant to § 1 of Act CXXIX of 2007 on the Protection of Agricultural Land (hereinafter referred to as the Tfvt.), from the point of view of land protection, as it is outside the scope of the Tfvt. No land protection procedure is required in this respect. The creation of the desired area size entails a land consolidation procedure. To initiate the procedure, a private surveyor must be contacted who will advise on the further procedure and draw up the necessary working drawings. The Land Registry does not keep records of the costs of the private surveyor for the preparation of the drawings, nor does it provide surveying services to the public.
The cost of the land conversion procedure is regulated by FVM Decree 166/2009 (XII. 9.) on the administrative service fee for the land conversion permit procedure.
