Description
This nursery is an ideal choice for anyone wishing to start or expand their existing business in floriculture. The almost rectangular plot is perfectly suited for a business operation.

3,3 ha greenhouse: the structure is a WENLOO type Dutch greenhouse. The side structure is 75 cm wide, mounted, galvanized steel plate rib system with 4 mm double-walled drawn flat glass. The roof surface is an 8 m span double gable roof surface, approximately 25% of which is automatically controlled with motorised opening. A steel plate valley channel and aluminium vapour drainage channel were installed every 4 m. The entire metal structure has a galvanised finish. Height of the facility beam: 5.70 m, height of the frame: 4.35 m.

The heating system is automatically controlled, with two-loop vegetation heating and ground and air heating (leaf), using steel pipes. The heating energy was originally provided by a LAVATHERM SLT 3 gas-fired boiler heating system, which is now used as a back-up. The current heating is provided by 2 thermal wells with cooling ponds.

The irrigation system is provided by plastic wing pipes connected to a steel backbone pipe and a drip system. A mechanically operated shading screen is installed over the growing area. The nutrient solution is produced by an ALLIANCE DUO automatic mixing system with 4 mixing tanks of 2000 litres and 1 of 1000 litres and a storage tank of 90 m³. The feed solution is stored in a 94 m³ tank.

It is possible to increase the size of the greenhouse by about 3.7 ha.
