Description
We offer our agricultural business for sale or as an investment for a share of ownership! The nursery is currently running on 1,7 ha. The growing area consists of a 1 ha double-walled famous foil house with the following technological elements: air circulation, CO2 fertilization, suspended growing channel, Priva drainage scale. The house has two heating circuits: vegetation and canopy heating. 4.5 m front height, with single-sided ridge ventilation. A Venlo greenhouse of 0.5 ha with 4.5 m frame is also part of the growing area. The technological elements of the greenhouse include an energy-saving canopy, CO2 fertilization, air circulation fans, suspended growing channel. Three heating circuits were installed: canopy heating, vegetation heating and ground heating. The two grow houses are planted in their own 0.25 ha double-inflated nursery. In the nursery, seedlings are grown on tide tables. Other technological features are supplementary lighting and air circulation. It has two heating circuits: an upper air heating circuit and a table heating circuit. In the upper enclosed part of the nursery there is a technological area with the heating system's splitter-collector, a 1.5 MW gas boiler, a daily water tank, a Priva self-watering machine and the associated stock solution tanks. The houses are managed by Priva Compact with its own weather station. The main line of heating is currently provided by a 0,8 MW straw-bale boiler, mainly fuelled by straw bales produced on our own fields. It is supplemented by a propane-butane heater and we have enough storage capacity for a month. The grow houses are currently equipped with 10 pick-up wagons and 12 hydraulic cultivator wagons, spraying machines, foggers and all the equipment needed to ensure safe operation. In 2016, our company built a cold store and associated handling space to ensure smooth export activities. The company also owns almost 50 ha of arable land, closely linked to the horticultural site, with all the machinery and tools!
