Foil blowing equipment - for double foil

For heated foil houses, significant energy savings can be achieved by using double layer blown film insulation.

The double layer of foil is enclosed with aluminium foil clamping rails and pressurised air is blown between the two layers using the foil blower. The great advantage of the system is its easy installation and automatic operation. The optimum film blowing is controlled by an automatic pressure sensor. The return flow of the blown air is prevented by a non-return valve.
With the above method, in addition to the roof surface, the side and end walls can also be inflated. Our basic version of the foil inflator can inflate a foil surface of approximately 1500 m² in an optimum case.
The inflating equipment is a proprietary development of our company. In addition to the basic version, we also produce versions with various accessories (the above price refers to the basic model).
