I offer for sale a personally owned vineyard in the Balaton Wine Region, in the Badacsony Wine Region, in Diszel, on Csobán Hill, in the Csendár Hills. It has been under controlled organic farming since 1997 (it is currently applied for AKG support), i.e. it is an "organic" area. The majority of the vines are Grey Friendly, with Chasselas (Saszla) and a few other varieties of capital table grapes. Grey Friend is a vine variety with a strong tradition in the wine-growing region, which has been displaced from many areas due to climate change, but which can be grown to a high quality on this soil, with this exposure and exposure. The age of the vines is 25 years, which means that drought is not a particular problem due to the well-developed root system, which is helped by the strong soil life and the large amount of humus in the soil. With chemical-free crop protection, we have produced perfect quality, healthy wine grapes every year. The support system is wood but has been replaced with metal.
