I offer for sale my personally owned vineyard and set-aside land in the Balaton Wine Region, Badacsony Wine Region, Diszel, Hajagos Hill, Huszár (member) vineyard. It has been under controlled organic farming since 1837 (currently applied for AKG support), i.e. it is an "organic" area:
- 0.33 ha Olaszrizling, planted in 1996 to the best of my knowledge;
- 0.33 ha Furmint, grafted in 2023, mostly T85 (75/75, 72/75), with a smaller part of a clone selected in Transylvania;
- 0.45 ha of Lime Leaf, planted in 2017.

The support system of Olaszrizling is largely wood, but also includes several metal poles. The Furmint has a metal support system with fibreglass poles, the Hárslevelű has a metal support system. All three varieties have a strong tradition in the wine region. Our own farm and many wineries in the area have made wine from the grapes grown. With chemical-free plant protection, we have produced perfect quality, healthy wine grapes almost every year. The age of the vines, i.e. the well-developed root system, means that drought is not a particular problem, helped by the strong soil life and the large amount of humus in the soil. The remaining half hectare is currently fallow, mowed. Access is via a well-maintained municipal road. Tapolca 6 km, Diszel 2,5 km, Liliomkert market (Káptalantóti) 2 km. The advertised purchase price is the guide price. The area has 5 land register numbers, so they can be sold separately.
