I am offering for sale my personally owned vineyard in the Balaton Wine Region, in the Badacsony Wine Region, in Diszel, Köves Hill. Since 1997 it is under controlled organic farming (currently applied for AKG subsidy), i.e. "organic" area, 1,4 ha Pinot Noir, which is a Swiss clone, thicker skinned, more resistant, the remaining area is planted with Blue Franc. Both varieties have a strong tradition in the wine region. To date, rosé, aged red, petillant natural, sparkling, and late harvest organic and natural wines have been produced here. Under chemical-free plant protection, we have produced perfect quality, healthy wine grapes every year. The age of the vines and the well-developed root system mean that drought is not a particular problem, helped by the strong soil life and the high humus content in the soil. The plantation was established between 1999 and 2000 and has been replanted several times since then. The plantation's wooden support system has been replaced by metal poles. It is accessible by a well-maintained municipal road. Tapolca 6 km, Diszel 2,5 km, Liliomkert market (Káptalantóti) 2 km. The advertised purchase price is the guide price.
