For family reasons, a continuously cultivated, productive vineyard in the historic wine region of Hegyalja, in the area of Sárazsadány, but also close to Tolcsva, in the Hátsóőrzés/Templomőrzés vineyard, close to the main road 37, has become available for sale.

- 2,2 Ha yellow Muscatel.

The oldest vines are over 50 years old. The oldest part still has a narrow row spacing, but most of the area has a wide row spacing and is well cultivated with tractors. The support equipment is in good condition.

- 0,9 ha of pasture,
- unplanted area,
- 0,5 Ha of elderberries.
