Food processing plant for rent in Vecsés, in a perfect logistical location, in the Industrial Park on Új Ecseri út (coordin.: 47.404978, 19.294554), at the intersection of the M0 and M4 motorway slip roads.
Close to Liszt Ferenc airport, in an easily accessible zone on an asphalt road without total weight limit.
The site is located on an area of 1.7 ha with three separate building units.
The main building is divided into two parts. One is used for the production of pasteurised products, pickled cabbage, and the other for the canning of heat-treated preserved ready meals. It currently has a human food licence.
1. 1000 m², insulated, lightweight building with a ceiling height of 8 m and an acid-resistant resin floor.
On request, the plant can be equipped with sterilisation/pasteurisation equipment and a complete production line.
In addition, the following premises: kitchen, meat preparation, 60 m² refrigerator, freezer, spice warehouse, 320 m² finished goods warehouse and packing.
On the first floor, the plant includes a 100 m² laboratory, office, social block, canteen, toilets.
Upstairs there is also 160 m² of attic space, which is empty and can be used as required, with the possibility of developing it at your own expense, and can be rented at a separate rental fee.

2. Acidification plant of 500 m² + boiler room. Insulated, lightweight construction, 8 m high building with acid/alkali resistant floor and side walls, covered with resin.
The pickling plant is currently equipped with 15 fermentation tanks, each with a capacity of 30 tonnes, and a 2.5 tonne crane track.
A complete pickled cabbage production line is available on request.

Behind the plant there is an open 240 m² stage.
The "back yard" of the site is 3800 m², paved with heavy duty asphalt, which can be rented for an agreed fee.
Occasional forklift hire and loading is possible.
The site is fully utilised, with its own well, its own gas-fired 2.5 t/h steam boiler.
The site is available for construction and expansion.
