Description
Babót VI is located just 400 metres from the M85 motorway.
It is accessible by a solid gravel and crushed stone road built by Strabag, the contractor for the M85 motorway.
The current area of the mine is 6.1 ha, with a current extractable gravel volume of 615,397 m³, roughly 1.3 million tonnes.
The mine currently has all the necessary permits: environmental permit, technical operating plan, other use permit.
The extension of the mining area to the south has been approved by the local municipality and the zoning plan is currently being amended to include this part of the area in the KBB (special mining zone).
With regard to the ownership of the land, our company has purchased 6.1 ha, and including the extension (8 ha 4113 m²) the recoverable mineral resource is 945,766 m³, roughly 1.9 million tonnes.
The selling price is EUR 995,000.
