Description
We offer for sale an agricultural business or any other use of crop drying and storage facilities. 40 km from Székesfehérvár, in the heart of Fejér county, next to the Sárbogárd-Mezőszilas/Enying road. The site is located 74 km from Hungrana Kft., 42 km from Pannónia Ethanol Zrt., 63 km from the Paks Sygnus port, about 40 km from the Dunaföldvár bridge and about 60 km from Lake Balaton.
For private use, the site can be accessed by a private, asphalted road. The site is equipped with water, electricity, gas and telephone.
Storage capacity, flat floor warehouses: warehouses 1-5 2286 m², warehouse 6 389 m². In 2016, the roofing of the granaries was replaced from slate to corrugated sheeting. In addition, a 60 t bridge scale is located on the site. The fenced area: 16,8 ha.

The farm is equipped with a gatehouse and an electric barrier system. It also has its own water tower, which is leased on a long-term lease to Magyar Telekom as a repeater station.
The site is currently operating as part of a thriving Ltd. It has a site licence, operating, fire, environmental, etc. permits.
According to our records, we have concluded more than 700 service and acquisition contracts with 330 partners over the last 10 years. In the vicinity of our site, we have 10-15 large producers who have smaller, larger storage capacities, but we usually buy 5-10,000 tonnes of produce from them every year. The plant has an established partner network, processing 5-10,000 tonnes of produce per year. In addition to this, the plant produces around 1,000 head of beef cattle for fattening per year. Our site is the first collection point.
