The slaughterhouse has an area attached to it, which allows for further development. The slaughterhouse was also licensed for cattle and sheep slaughter until 2004. After that, as an EU plant, only pig slaughtering and dismantling was carried out. The plant was most recently used as an ostrich slaughterhouse and was billed as the largest ostrich slaughterhouse in Europe. The outdoor lairage, which can comfortably accommodate 200 pigs, is located in a completely separate fenced area with a gateway. This entrance is also used by livestock transporters, ATEV and sewage trucks.

Various rooms are located within the plant:
- In the slaughtering room, a stunning box has been installed for stunning, and an electric chain hoist for suspended piercing and bleeding.
- The electric hoisting and cutting machine is equipped with an electric hoisting machine, with gravity track (electrically heated).
- Scorching table with associated electric chain hoist.
- Separate body washer in the gutting and splitting room and 24 V spine shaving circular saw.
- Preheater, cooling aisle, 2 high-track coolers, one cold store.
- Separate dismantling room and room for frying fat.
- Dry goods store, crate storage, crate washer, gut cleaner, cleaning agent.
- Separate black and white changing rooms for those working in the dirty zone and separate black and white changing rooms for those working in the clean zone.
- Separate toilets in the two zones.
- Office and rest room.
- Large meat distribution area with telescopic gate for large trucks and a side area for smaller (3.5 t) meat trucks (see photos).
- High-speed scales, separate for grading, and a 500 kg electric crate goods scale.
- Boiler house with hot water boilers, mixed firing for heating.
- Number of pigs slaughtered: 200 pigs/week for qualification, with daily deliveries based on refrigerated capacity of 100 pigs/day.
