✅ Irrigation development tenders aim to improve agricultural water management, improve water supply to agricultural areas to adapt to changing climatic conditions, promote water retention and sustainable water management, optimise irrigation development and water use, develop on-farm irrigation activities and irrigation roads, and improve the energy efficiency of irrigation systems.

✅ Aid may be applied for by farmers who have completed a full accounting year of activity preceding (or, if no data are available, preceding) the year in which the aid application is submitted:
➖ have a farm size of at least EUR 10,000 LU
➖ at least 40 % of their turnover derives from agricultural activity

In the case of undertakings carrying out the activity of integrator or processor of medicinal plant production, the criterion is that the turnover from the activity of production of medicinal plant products exceeds 40% of the total turnover and that the activity is carried out with the assistance of at least 3 partners certified by production and/or purchase contracts.

✅ Nature and amount of the aid
The amount of non-repayable aid that may be requested is up to HUF 5 billion. Aid intensity: 50-70 %. An advance of up to 25% of the aid amount may be requested.
