DEKRA Expert Ltd. is launching a training course for brandy makers with nationwide coverage.

Locations are nationwide:
-Székesfehérvár
-Budapest
-Debrecen
-Miskolc
-Szeged
-Pécs
-Győr

The aim of the training is to train professionals who are skilled in the production of brandy and the application of related professional technologies. The pálinka maker carries out mash preparation, fermentation, treatment and distillation of fermented mash. They are skilled in the treatment and maturation of raw spirit. Bottles the finished spirit, whether fruit or wine, according to market requirements. Ability to handle and operate machinery and equipment for distilling operations efficiently and economically. Carry out the basic laboratory tests required for the specialised technology, interpret the results of his/her measurements, plan and carry out the necessary technological steps on the basis of the results of the measurements. Knowledge and application of the legislation and regulations in force concerning excisable products, taxation and accounting. Conducts a pálinka tasting and demonstration based on basic professional knowledge. Work in accordance with the principles of economy, quality assurance, food safety, food hygiene, technology, fire, labour, environmental protection and other relevant standards, and in accordance with good manufacturing practice (GMP).

Conditions for enrolment in the training:

-Completion of secondary education

Planned duration of training: 300 hours. 300 hours of training.
