Available resources
In the framework of the cooperation, the Government undertakes to:
 to provide non-repayable grants of between HUF 1 000 000 and HUF 9 290 657 for projects proposed by HACS that meet the conditions of the local call for proposals, up to the amount of the available funds; to provide an advance of up to 50 % of the eligible costs of the projects awarded, up to a maximum of HUF 4 645 329.

Ineligible activities
 activities which result in an infringement of EU law.
 purchase of second-hand tools, machinery and equipment;
 the purchase of power and work equipment over 83 kW;
 the purchase of motorised aircraft, vessels, land passenger and goods vehicles (except those under point 3.1.1.2);
 purchase of mobile phones and smartphones;
 purchase and planting of herbaceous plants, purchase of live animals and breeding stock;
 organisation and delivery of training(s);
 investment related to the establishment and/or development of a consultancy office, an office providing advice on tenders;
 purchase of firearms, ammunition, explosives, pyrotechnics;
 the construction, renovation, extension, modernisation of a building/part of a building/part of a building and/or structure for private residential use, not related to the existing and/or new activity of the applicant;
 purchase and installation of demolished building materials;
 purchase of immovable property.

B./ Limitation of the project area
Ambrózfalva, Apátfalva, Csanádalberti, Csanádpalota, Földeák, Hódmezővásárhely (outskirts), Királyhegyes, Kiszombor, Kövegy, Magyarcsanád, Makó (outskirts), Maroslele, Mártély, Mindszent, Nagyé, Nagylak, Óföldeák, Pitvaros, Székkutas

Obligation to maintain
3 or 5 years after completion of the project.

Funding
The applicant must have at least the own resources corresponding to the total cost of the project less the amount of the grant requested. The own resources may consist of own resources and other support from subdivisions of the general government.

Applicants for support may include:
 Limited liability company
 Micro-enterprise
 Őstermers familial farm (ŐCSG)
 NGO.

Deadline and method for submitting applications for support
Applications may be submitted from 01.03.2023 to 29.06.2023.

Form of aid
The aid will take the form of a grant.

Rate and amount of aid
The amount of non-repayable aid that can be claimed is: minimum HUF 1 000 000, maximum HUF 9 290 657.

Aid category Aid intensity
For microenterprise applicants - for projects without job creation: 60%
For microenterprise applicants - for projects involving job creation: 75%
Municipalities applying for aid: 95%
Non-profit organisation (including non-profit limited liability company): 95% for a non-profit organisation applying for a grant
Public foundation for grant applicants: 95%

Quality assurance scheme membership
Application for an advance payment
It is possible to request an advance payment: the maximum amount that can be requested for investment project elements and related overheads is up to 50% of the grant awarded.

Proof of market price
At least three written quotations of comparable value for the same subject matter from independent tenderers, valid at the time of application for the grant, must be submitted. The call for tenders must be conducted in such a way that the conditions for the certification can be met.
