Delineation of property boundaries of land parcels or areas - delineation of land and building boundaries by drone.

Our company provides the following services from digital land registry data with an accuracy of a few centimetres:

- Delineation of land parcel boundaries or land parcel area on RTK drone high resolution georeferenced orthophoto: we mark the land parcel boundary with lines clearly visible on the high-resolution drone photo, even "identifiable with a given blade of grass". The high-resolution photo will also show the state of the ground or vegetation over the entire area. Get an accurate ground surface elevation model (DSM)!

- Plot boundaries, building boundaries using RTK GPS (unofficial procedure): accurate boundary or breakpoint marking on the field with a marker.

Fast, efficient, precise drone recording and accurate processing in a digital geographic information system. It is also possible to draw boundaries from land registry data without drone recording, using only GPS.

Recommended for those who want to know where the exact property boundary of their plot or farmland is, or for easy resolution of non-legal/authority land boundary disputes. The service is not suitable for use in administrative or legal proceedings, which still require an official surveyor.

We also undertake the production of boundary shape files for agricultural implements, as well as the production of zoned differential or spot treatment application maps for precision implements using multispectral imaging.
