There is a demand for a universal air conditioner, which consists of modules and can be installed without an air conditioner dismantler. So no need to vacuum and fill, as the system is pre-vacuumed and pre-filled, and the system can be disassembled using the pins.
The pictures show a universal MTZ air conditioner in pre-filled condition. Due to the extra large dryer filter, it can hold the whole load!
Installation is simple: the inner diameter of the air conditioning tubes in the cab frame are the same size, but thin-walled, so the outer diameter is much thinner, and therefore easy to pull in using this technique. The heating pipe must be pulled out of the frame with the air conditioning pipe taped in line with the insulating tape, which pulls it along. After that, it is highly recommended to retract a new 16" water pipe, as the old ones are not very durable. The external threaded fitting should be pushed out about 10 cm from the bottom of the frame, and attached to it with the tap 90 degree fitting.
And when the MTZ needs to be clutched, that's where you unscrew it and pull the MTZ apart. No refrigerant remains in the evaporator when disassembled, because during operation the pressure side valve must be closed and the compressor will suck out the refrigerant, which will be stored in the dryer filter. After closing the suction side, the system can be disassembled without loss of refrigerant. On reset, only the suction side Dutchman should be left loose, then the discharge side valve should be opened momentarily to blow out the air in the evaporator tubes and "radiator" and to hold vapour refrigerant, so that vacuuming is not necessary.

The possibilities are endless, I can make an infinite number of taps and pipe fittings, so you can run several machines with one air conditioner!
The price is very dependent on the needs. This MTZ kit includes the condenser bracket, but not the compressor and generator bracket. The missing parts can be ordered from the contractor Ferenc Varga from Kecel for +40 000 Ft.
